I’m a bit surprised you are unaware of the Sisters. They are the Michiko Konda and Kyodai; they are an unprecedented fusion of mortal and spirit that act as the new barrier between the mortal and spirit worlds after they fell O-Kagachi.
I would think after Konda’s punishment, they would have been well known across the plane.
